We always ask for an initial meeting with you both to show you real examples of wedding photographs we have taken and to discuss in depth the type of photographs you want. We will explain more about our style and how we can deliver our very best service to you.

We can discuss your particular wedding details and locations in order to make sure it is possible for us to take the pictures that you want and that you are happy we can meet your needs.

The initial meeting can also be used if you like to take some fun portraits of you both and if we do this and you subsequently book us to photograph your wedding we will give you a complimentary framed picture as a thank you. If you would like to do this please mention this when we arrange the meeting.

Once a booking has been made we can arrange a pre wedding shoot if you would like. It is a great way for us to get to know each other better, and provides a fun way to get some fantastic relaxed pictures of you both. You will also see how we work and get comfortable being directed in front of the camera. You will receive two 12” x 8” prints in mounts from this shoot included in the package.

The wedding day will start with photographs of the bride’s preparations approximately two hours before the ceremony. We will then move on to the venue to capture the Groom and your guests arriving prior to the arrival of the Bride.

During the ceremony we will photograph discreetly to capture the emotions and important moments of the church or civil ceremony. Coverage of the ceremony is at the discretion of the minister or registrar and we ask you to discuss what they will allow at your pre-wedding meeting with them.

After the ceremony we will take some photographs of the newly married couple at the ceremony venue before moving on to the reception. We will make all photographs as much fun as possible but some traditional shots will be taken.

We appreciate that you and your guests want to have fun rather than standing around for hours and to achieve this we suggest you limit group photographs to no more than six close groups. We would ask that you nominate someone who knows your guests to assist us getting the right people ready for each photograph.

The beginning of the wedding breakfast is when we leave you in peace to enjoy the rest of your day. We are very happy to photograph the speeches and cake cutting if you would like us to do this. If you would like us to stay longer for your first dance this is possible for a small additional charge.

This is just an outline of a typical day. Obviously your wedding is individual and we are very happy to be as flexible as you need us to be to ensure that you are happy with the photographs you receive. The pre-wedding shoot is a great opportunity to discuss any special requests you may have.

Next we will prepare the images and they will be displayed in a password protected online gallery on this website. You can then let your family and friends know your password as soon as you are ready.

Your proofs will be sent to you when you get back from your honeymoon. Once you have received your proofs you have four months to select all the images you would like in your wedding album. We design each album individually to tell the story of your day and the initial design is this sent to you. Any changes you request are made and when you are happy with your cover choice, design and layout we order your album.

As each wedding album is bespoke it takes 6 weeks from order to delivery. You are then welcome to collect your album at a convenient time or it can be mailed to you at cost.
